Antique Victorian White Cotton and Lace Dressing Gown
Antique Victorian White Cotton and Lace Dressing Gown
*Sheer white softest cotton fabric with delicate lace and eyelet detail. Mutton sleeves with flounce lace cuffs - the sleeves have an additional lace ruffle along the inside that isn’t visible to anyone, but it’s this attention to detail I’m here for. Several gorgeous buttons along the middle with ruffled lace along the neckline. There’s a second layer of fabric which stops at the waistline. Gathered/cascading fabric along the middle back. This dressing gown gives me Crimson Peak vibes. Or Nadja on the Vampiric Council from What We Do in the Shadows, ha! This piece is ethereal and so, SO beautiful!
➾ MEASUREMENTS (taken flat)
-bust: 18 in.
-shoulders: 13 in. (in my opinion, the puff sleeve leaves room for a slightly larger shoulder measurement - I’m 15 in. and I find it comfortable/love the look)
-sleeves: 25 in.
-waist: 20 in.
-hips: free
-total length: 44 in. in front, 49 in. in back
➾ CONDITION - Near Excellent! One small repair on lace hem. A few small pinholes to lace and a minor snag on back of gown. A few very tiny light marks along the back.
